REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If you are not satisfied with the final product you receive, please send us an email, within 7 days of receiving your prints so we can rectify the problem.

In your email please include your invoice number, contact details, a description of what you are not happy with, and if possible, photos of what you are not happy with, as this will speed up the process.

After managements approval we will provide you with new prints and if you are still not 100% satisfied and have a valid reason, we will process a refund. If your payment was processed through Payfast, please note there will be a deduction of 3% Payfast fees, if payment was made via EFT you will receive a full refund for the purchase price. (Courier costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the courier will be deducted from your refund)

Should your refund be authorized, we will request you to send your banking details via email, so we can process your refund.

There will be no refunds on gift vouchers purchased.
